1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TrueBrands.ai (the "Site") and the interactive features we make available through it - the AI shopping assistant, saved and compare lists, the corrections form and similar functionality (together, the "Services"). The Site and Services are operated by VIP Affiliate Network Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 09804316, with its registered office at 41 Devonshire Street, Ground Floor, London, W1G 7AJ, United Kingdom ("VIP Affiliate", "we", "us" or "our"). The Site is free to use and does not offer accounts, subscriptions or paid services. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or otherwise affects any statutory rights or remedies available to you as a consumer which cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

2. Acceptance

By using the AI shopping assistant, saving or comparing products, or submitting a report through the Site, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use those features.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for users aged 16 or over. If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.

4. The Services

We provide product discovery, price comparison across online stores, store-vs-store comparisons, store and brand pages, an AI shopping assistant that answers questions from our catalogue, optional e-mail price-drop alerts (double opt-in, unsubscribe in every e-mail) and browser-only saved/compare lists. We may improve, update, modify or discontinue features from time to time.

5. Acceptable use

• use the Site or Services for unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the administration console or systems connected to the Site;
• introduce malware, malicious code or other harmful technology, or interfere with the operation or security of the Site;
• use automated systems, bots or scraping technologies in a manner that materially interferes with the Site, circumvents rate limits or violates applicable law;
• use the AI assistant to generate unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or otherwise prohibited content, or attempt to make it disregard its instructions;
• copy, reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit the catalogue, prices or other protected elements of the Site except as permitted by law.

You must use the Site lawfully and responsibly and must not do any of the above. We may take reasonable action - including rate limiting and blocking - to protect the Site, its users and third parties from prohibited activity.

6. AI shopping assistant

The assistant generates answers automatically from the information in our catalogue. Its output may be incomplete, outdated or wrong, is provided for information only, and is not professional advice. Suggestions are labelled as suggestions. Always verify prices, availability and product details on the merchant's website before buying. Conversations are stored under a random session identifier as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Affiliate links and third-party services

The Site contains links to products, services and websites operated by third parties. We maintain commercial or affiliate relationships with certain third parties and may receive a commission or other compensation when users follow certain links or complete qualifying actions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party products and services are supplied by the relevant third party and not by VIP Affiliate Network Ltd. Any purchase or other transaction with a third party is entered into directly with that third party and is subject to its terms. 8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its original content, software, databases, design, graphics, branding and other materials are owned by or licensed to VIP Affiliate Network Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the Site for its intended lawful purpose. Third-party names, trademarks, logos, images and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to make the Site reasonably available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Access may occasionally be restricted or interrupted for maintenance, security, technical, operational or other legitimate reasons.

10. Information and reliance

General information made available through the Site is provided for informational purposes. Information relating to third-party products, prices, offers or availability may change; you should verify material information directly with the relevant provider before making a decision. 11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights or remedies available to a consumer which cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Subject to the above and to applicable law, we will not be responsible for losses which were not reasonably foreseeable, and our total aggregate liability to any person arising out of or in connection with the Site shall not exceed £10,000, as set out in our Website Disclaimer.

12. Suspension

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site or a feature where reasonably necessary, including where you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, where we reasonably suspect fraud, unlawful activity or a security threat, or where required by law or a competent authority.

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and similar technologies is in our Cookie Policy; you can change your cookie choices at any time through the Cookie settings facility in the footer.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already accrued. The current version is always available on this page.

15. General

We may transfer our rights or obligations under these Terms to another organisation where permitted by law; any transfer will not reduce your rights. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. If we do not immediately enforce a provision, this does not mean we have waived our right to enforce it later. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these Terms do not give any person other than you and VIP Affiliate Network Ltd a right to enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

The laws of England and Wales apply to these Terms, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, which means you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of another part of the UK in which you live.
